• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted before 2:00 PM EST (Monday through Friday) are generally processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends are handled on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Temperature-sensitive and perishable products are packed using specialized cold-chain insulation and shipped Monday through Thursday only, so they are never left in transit over the weekend.
